Tomatoes
We grow your favorite tomatoes! All our tomatoes are non-GMO and we think they taste fantastic!

Red Slicers and Beefsteak Tomatoes

Our red tomatoes will vary in size from 6 oz to about 16 oz, depending on the variety.
This year we are bringing back a determinate variety we have used in the past to boost production during August and September for canners.
Many like these for sandwich slices. We also have a large crowd that loves to can these. We offer bulk pricing for canning at a reduced rate.
Colored Tomatoes

Colored tomatoes. Some are heirlooms, some are hybrids. The size will range from 4 oz to 16 oz. You can expect to find pink, yellow, orange, green (ripe or unripe), striped, and black/purple tomatoes.
The colored tomatoes make great slicing tomatoes. Many are milder/ less acidic, so some find them more palatable. The black/purples have a very rich tomato flavor.
Plum, Cherry and Salad Tomatoes
Plum tomatoes run around 4 oz each. Salad tomatoes run around 2 oz each and Cherry tomatoes range from 1/4-1 oz in size.
Plum tomatoes make great paste tomatoes and we especially like using them for salsa. They keep their shape so you get a chunky salsa rather than a soupy salsa when you do your canning.
Salad tomatoes are good fresh, but have you tried slicing them and roasting them?!! They are delightful. Toss with a little olive oil in the oven and slow roast them and the sweetness will shine… It’s delightful topping over pasta with pesto sauce; the bitter pesto with the sweet tomatoes are an awesome pairing!
Cherry tomatoes will be a variety pint of varied colors (pink, red, yellow, and a black cherry, with a small handful of currant tomatoes on top). They pack a lot of flavor in these little tomatoes.
Fresh Tomatoes
Tomatoes tend to come ripe somewhere between the first week of July and the middle of July.
Pricing for larger tomatoes is @ $2.50 per pound.
Salad and Cherry tomatoes will run $3 per pint.

Canning Tomatoes
Our canning tomatoes will run $1.50 per pound this year.
Bulk pricing of $1.50 per lb. starts at 10 pounds.
